Does Apotheque Rx Test on Animals?
At Apotheque, we never test our products on animals. Instead, we like to think of our studio as a “living laboratory” where we perfect our formulations by trying them extensively ourselves before sharing them with the world.

Can I get a list of the ingredients that are in your products?
Each of our personal care products has an ingredient listing on/in the packaging for your easy review.  As formulas may change, this is the best reference for the ingredients that correspond with your specific product.

How Do We Ship Your Orders?
We ship our orders via USPS.

When Will I Get My Order?
Orders will be processed for overnight shipping on the next business day, except Fridays. Orders placed Fridays before 12:00pm PST, will be processed for overnight shipping on Friday. Orders placed Fridays after 12:00pm PST will be processed for overnight shipping the following business day. Our ground shipping typically takes 7-10 business days for your order to arrive at your door. To determine the delivery estimate, we allow 1 to 2 business days for processing after you place your order. Once your order ships from the Apotheque Rx warehouse, the estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout. For example, overnight delivery will get your package to you one business day after the processing is complete.

Ground: 7-10 business days
2-day: 3-4 business days
Overnight: 2-3 business days
